Fibar Group has the rights from registration of designs, trademarks and inventions in Fibaro products. Each component of the Fibaro interface (including, in particular, the manner of presentation, arrangement and navigation solutions), designs of products, and their specific mode of operation is copyrighted, as per the Act of 4 February 1994 (published in: Journal of Laws of 1994, No. 24, Item 83; consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2006, No. 90, Item 631). Fibar Group S.A., seated in Poznan, is the owner of the copyrights, designs and inventions applied in FIBARO products.
